Guidelines for Becoming a New Member of BJSPSAA

1. Membership Fee

Life Membership Fee: Tk. 6000/- (Six Thousand) only. Refer to a completed/filled sample copy for details.

2. Deposit Membership Fee

Deposit Tk. 6000/- to the following bank account. See the attached completed/filled sample bank pay slip for reference.

After depositing Tk. 6000/-, send the bank pay slip (hard copy or scanned copy by email) to the General Secretary or Treasurer.

4. Complete Membership Form

Fill out the blank form for the BJSPSAA Members Directory and send it (hard copy or soft copy by email) to the General Secretary or Treasurer.
